Where can I have my watch repaired?

We recommend that you contact an Authorized Seiko Service Center or a Seiko appointed dealer for watch repairs. A watch is a very sensitive precision instrument which requires servicing by highly trained and skilled technicians using special tools developed by Seiko. You can find a service center in your area at Customer Service Center.

Where can I have my old watch repaired?

If you have an old watch to repair, please contact an Authorized Seiko Service Center or a Seiko appointed dealer.

However, for repair of old watches, there may be a depletion of the parts in stock, and sometimes a watch cannot be repaired due to the discontinuation of necessary parts. Should that be the case, we regret we will have to return your watch unrepaired. Nevertheless, be assured that we will do our utmost to return your watch to its best working order.

Where can I have my watch strap adjusted?

We recommend that you contact an Authorized Seiko Service Center or a Seiko appointed dealer to have your watch strap adjusted. If it is not convenenient to visit a service center or a dealer, please consult staff at the store where the watch was purchased.

Where can I have my watch battery replaced?

To avoid causing any damage to a watch due to battery leakage, it is advisable to replace the battery soon after it runs out. We recommend that you contact an Authorized Seiko Service Center or a Seiko appointed dealer and request to have batteries replaced with genuine Seiko batteries.

Where can I obtain watch parts?

We do not supply spare parts directly to individuals anywhere in the world. We recommend that you contact an Authorized Seiko Service Center or a Seiko appointed dealer to have the watch part(s) replaced. You can find a service center or a dealer in your area at Customer Service Center.

What can I do when my watch gains / loses too much time?

Watch accuracy depends on the type of movement used in the watch. Please refer to the information in your instruction for the appropriate accuracy standard. If the accuracy of your watch is outside the standard range, we recommend that you contact an Authorized Seiko Service Center or a Seiko appointed dealer to have the watch inspected. You can find a service center or a dealer in your area at Customer Service Center.
