This contest is being organised by Seiko India (hereafter called the "Organiser"). By taking part in this contest, the participant gives their consent to use their data for the Seiko Prospex X RCB "FOR THE LOVE OF BOLD" Contest.

By entering the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by the terms and conditions. The decisions of the Organiser for all matters relating to the contest shall be final and binding in all respects. This contest is not associated with www.facebook.com, www.instagram.com, www.whatsapp.com, or any other social media platforms. The privacy of the participant is of utmost importance to us, and their personal data will be treated confidential.

• This contest is open only to residents of India and hardcore RCB fans.
• This contest is open to participants aged 16 years and above.
• The contest is not open to Seiko India employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including each of their immediate family members, or the Organiser, its parent company, its authorised dealers, its agencies, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies.
• The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
• The Organiser also reserves the right to hold or withdraw the contest or change the rules without prior notice.

• To enter the "FOR THE LOVE OF BOLD" contest, participants will have to Follow us on Instagram @seikoindia, and our Facebook page @seiko.in and submit their entries by posting on their Instagram or Facebook account about their biggest, boldest, or most unforgettable RCB memory!
• Tell us your story via photos or videos - anything that proves your loyalty.
• Post it on Facebook and tag @seiko.in or post on Instagram and tag @seikoindia
• Use #ForTheLoveOfBold #RCBBiggestFan and #SeikoProspexRCB to be discovered
• Do not have a Facebook or Instagram account or your account is private? No worries, mail your entries to info@seiko.in
• The contest ends at 11:59 PM on Saturday, May 17th. All entries received within this period will be considered valid.
• The number of lucky winners and prizes will be announced on our social media pages.
• Seiko team will pick the most deserving and the ultimate RCB fans.
• The Organiser's decision will be final.

• The Winner selected will be decided by the Organiser, and the decision will be final and binding.
• The Winner will be announced on Seiko India's Instagram and Facebook pages.
• The Winner will be contacted for the shipping details via DM.
• The Winner must produce a valid government ID and address proof to claim the prize.
• The Organiser reserves the right to replace any winner if they are found to be disqualified or have not responded within the mentioned time via DM after the winner announcement, along with a valid ID proof. Failure to adhere to the mentioned conditions will result in the winners forfeiting their prizes, and another deserving candidate shall be given the prize(s).
• No claim for the exchange of the prize against cash or in any other form will be entertained.
• Only one entry per contestant is allowed. Multiple entries by the same contestant or participation by the same contestant through different usernames/pages will lead to disqualification.
• The Organiser advises fans to ensure safety if and when they are recording or creating content, and are not liable for any injury / harm / damage experienced or inflicted in the course of creating this content.
• Disputes, if any, are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Bengaluru / Bangalore only.

• The Organiser will contact the Winner via DM to obtain their contact details in order to deliver the prize or request the Winner to collect the prize from any of their recognised Seiko India retail partners or Seiko India boutique stores.
• In all cases, the Organiser will not be responsible if the prize does not reach the Contest Winner for any reason beyond the Organiser's control.
