This contest is being organised by Seiko India (hereafter called the “Organiser”). By taking part in this contest, the participant consents to the use of their data for the Seiko Prospex X RCB “6R Player of the Match” contest.
By entering the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the contest shall be final and binding. This contest is not associated with www.facebook.com, www.instagram.com, or any other social media platforms. The privacy of participants is of utmost importance, and all personal data will be treated confidentially.

The contest is open only to residents of India.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
The contest is not open to Seiko India employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including their immediate family members, or to the Organiser, its parent company, authorised dealers, agencies, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the contest or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

The series of contests will run from 26th March 2026 until RCB’s last match, based on qualification.
To enter the “6R Player of the Match” contest, participants must follow @seikoindia and submit their predictions in the comment section of the contest post using #6RPlayerOfTheMatch and #SeikoProspexRCB.
The contest is valid only for entries received within the time period mentioned in each contest post.
Lucky winners will be announced in each respective contest post.
Prizes will be disclosed in the contest post.
Winners will be selected by the Seiko team from correct entries.
The Organiser reserves the right to determine the prize allocation based on the winner’s location or other relevant considerations.
Lucky winners will be announced within one week of the contest.
The Organiser’s decision shall be final.

Winners must provide a valid government-issued ID and address proof to claim the prize.
The Organiser reserves the right to replace any winner if they are found to be ineligible, disqualified, or unresponsive within the specified time after notification. Failure to comply with the requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Multiple entries or entries submitted through multiple accounts by the same participant will lead to disqualification. Only one entry per participant is permitted.
Any attempt to edit, manipulate, automate, or unfairly influence submissions, including the use of bots, scripts, or external tools will result in immediate disqualification.
If no participant predicts correctly, then no prizes will be awarded.
In the event of suspension or cancellation of the match due to any reason, the contest will be cancelled.
Any disputes arising in connection with the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.

The Organiser will contact winners via DM to obtain delivery details or arrange prize collection from authorised Seiko India retail partners or boutique stores.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure in prize delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.
